Logout.
For what feels like an eternity, after every logout I get an email saying "Your account is being used with a new device".
That is complete nonsense. If that had ever actually happened, every user would surely have fixed it long ago.
It just gets on my nerves and fills up the inbox. Changing my password didn’t help.
Leaving this message running for years already suggests an enormous level of negligence on eBay’s part.
So my question is: how can I turn this off, or does eBay have to do it?
How do you reach customer service by phone or email?
What am I supposed to do with the stupid AI assistant, which apparently can’t do anything with this topic.
