Hello, I have a problem with a return (order number 03-13821-40582 )The seller has already sent me two invalid labels for the return, and today the deadline for sending it back expires. At the post office I only get the error message "Identity code already used" when I try to drop off the package, no matter which of the two labels I use.How should I proceed now? Because the seller is trying to stall me until the return period has expired.I also can't get to a solution with the eBay AI, and I don't have the "turn on eBay" button either, because eBay thinks that I have a valid label and that I should first send the package. Somehow I'm stuck.Best regards
