... and I want to reverse the purchase. What should I do?

Were you logged in when you made your purchase, or did you buy as a guest?
if it was the latter, the purchase obviously won’t be visible in your account

If purchases don't show up in the overview, they were usually paid with Sofortüberweisung (Klarna) and that payment failed. Is that the case for you?
