My product isn’t showing up in search!
Summary: novecton uploaded a product on their business account that has not been shown in search for over 24 hours, even though it can be accessed via a direct link. In previous experience on a private account, the product became visible quickly. perfect-sally suspects that the lack of a VAT ID could be the cause of the problem.
Hey everyone, yesterday I listed my allergies product on my business account. But it hasn't been publicly shown in search for over 24 hours. If I send someone the link to the product, they can see it, but if they search for it directly, they can't find it. Back then on my private account, I listed the exact same product 1:1 and you could find it in the search bar immediately after 5 minutes. I'd really appreciate some helpful advice. eBay couldn't help me with it either 😒

Mentor1 month agoIt's quite possible that your offers aren't being listed because you didn't provide a VAT ID.
