I have been affected by this. In its own terms, eBay explicitly states that reporting to the tax office is only required if the payouts minus the fees are over 2,000 euros. I’m below that (about 1,900 euros), and yet my payouts were still blocked and I was threatened with my account being suspended. The nice employees on the hotline are friendly, but overwhelmed by the issue and can’t help me. What should I do?
