Strange request
I received a message like this:
Good evening, I bought the Samsung S7 on 20/3/22. I can only use it with the previous owner's Google account. Please send me your address and the relevant details. Kind regards, Marianne
How should I respond? AI says ignore it.

The thing with the previous owner's Google account is just absurd.
Don't reply and throw the message straight in the trash.
In your mind, send the sender of the email to the moon or wherever else.

Opening a case on eBay won’t help the buyer anymore, since the buyer protection has long since expired.
Reporting it to the payment service provider won’t help anymore either.
Why on earth does it only occur to him after more than 4 years that something isn’t working?
In my opinion: just ignore it.

If it really is the case that you've received this message, I would definitely ignore it and put the sender on the block list as well.
