With or without VAT via eBay
I'm surprised that eBay sometimes shows offers with VAT and sometimes without, even within the same product category.
What's that about?
With vouchers, the VAT surcharge really doesn't make it worthwhile for the buyer to purchase, since you can get it cheaper on site!

if vouchers are classified as digital by the AI - even if they actually exist physically and are sent by post, the tax is charged additionally
