VAT

Question

Why is VAT being added to my listing? It was always without before. The listing was added more or less with the new AI tool, I can't deselect that. I've sold 12 listings this year for €430, I don't think that can be the reason, so that I was classified as commercial

Yes exactly, it's about the one that's currently online. Thanks already for all the comments. So I'm currently assuming it's a system error and will wait until that's fixed, until I hear something else

If you mean the entry in the offer ,,incl. VAT,, then this entry means that there are no additional costs for the buyer when purchasing. There are certain offers on eBay where VAT is only added at checkout, which is why this entry is included in the offers.

@bootyooty and @dentl0 we have two systems, in one it is displayed with VAT and in the other not.

The offer is set up correctly.

I can only explain this at the moment with maintenance work and will definitely pass this on.

Have you sold digital items and does ebay have to collect the VAT?
