My account is restricted
My account is restricted. The chatbot keeps referring to a message or email that I supposedly received. But I haven’t received either a message or an email from eBay.
What can I do? I also can’t withdraw the money from the item I sold. I tried everything already.

Mentor2 weeks ago@szy_342 Hey. 🙂 I was happy to take a look at that. The restriction was lifted again today. It can take 24-48 hours until you can request your payout. Please be a little patient.
