As @perfect-sally already told you, the return was automatically closed because you didn't provide a tracking number. So we can't verify that the item was actually delivered to your seller's address. I therefore recommend that you get in touch with your seller and send them the tracking number. They can still refund the amount.

If you don't receive the refund within 3 days, please let us know, and then we'll contact your seller.

First of all: if there was a problem providing the tracking number, why didn’t you get in touch earlier? eBay is very strict about deadlines, and if nothing happens within the time limit, it just gets closed. And once it’s closed, it can’t be reopened.

An eBay employee will take a look at it and get back here.
