I received a message today in which a customer said that his item still hadn’t arrived (it was shipped on December 5, and according to eBay it was also delivered + he left positive feedback).He also argues that the status of the letter is “open” and that it therefore never reached the post office. The problem here is that this is because the post office does not keep the data for that long and deletes it at some point (all shipments sent in December now have this “open” status).Now the customer wants a refund. I suspect that he is trying to scam me. Does anyone have any idea how I should best respond?
