Hello,I bought an item on eBay from a private seller. The goods arrived damaged. The reason for this is that the contents were packed very poorly. The seller refused to take the item back and refund my money. I then opened a case. eBay asked the seller to create a return label. He didn't do that. Thanks to buyer protection, I got my money back. Now the buyer wants me to take the goods to the post office because of the damage report. My question is whether I am obliged to do this or whether I don't need to because the case is closed.Thanks
