After each bidding process, a different bidder appears with the same number of ratings
Summary: wutach-express reports an unusual experience at an auction, where the bidder code changed after each bid, even though the number of ratings stayed the same. voli-maus asks for the item number and explains that all bids came from one user and had already been placed earlier. hasjana also notices an alias shown in the bidding overview and points to a match in the ratings.
Today I placed a total of 5 different bids on an item, but did not get the winning bid. I noticed that after each bidding process the bidder code changed:
5***0 (781). at € 236.00
5***4 (781), at € 246.00
7***8 (781) at € 276.00
7***7 (781) at € 302.00
t***0 (781) at € 334.00 (that was the final amount of the auction)
0***5 (781) at € 334.00 after the final expiration
Can someone explain to me how something like this is possible?

This is auction number 358786640015 (Weinert shunting tractor of the SBB). After each bidding process, all previous bidder codes were overwritten with the new one.

The early bird got caught, um, the bidder bid in time

OP3 weeks agoI saw that too, but I can’t make sense of the fact that after every bid I placed, "voli-maus" appears with a changed encoding - in my view, that should always stay the same, shouldn’t it?
