Hello everyone,I'm honestly slowly at my wits' end with eBay and hope someone here has some advice or has had similar experiences.I get automatically restricted or suspended after every single sale. The reason is always the same:-> Tracking number is requested.That is completely absurd, because the tracking number is ALWAYS already entered at that point.Either I buy the shipping label directly through eBay or enter the number manually. Still, I get the restriction every time, as if I hadn't provided anything.After 2–3 days, the account is unblocked again after a phone call or email, but that does absolutely nothing for me if I'm immediately restricted again with the next sale. That makes normal selling simply impossible.The support doesn't help at all: only standard replies, nobody actually looks into the problem.Since the last time, the situation has even escalated further:In addition, all my listings were removed, supposedly because of a “policy violation”.What violation that is supposed to be is not explained anywhere.When I click on “resolve problem,” it suddenly says that everything is fine — no open case, no violation, no details. In other words: “Nothing to see here.”What makes the whole thing even more incomprehensible:I have really entered all the required information — from ID/identity verification to VAT ID and all account details.
