Hello,Someone bought something from me and then opened a case. I asked twice whether the item had arrived, and the buyer didn’t reply to me. After that, eBay refunded the amount. Now all of a sudden the buyer wants an invoice from me. How can I get eBay involved again, since the buyer probably received the item but just didn’t report it to eBay. So he has the item and the money back, and I’m left looking stupid. What can I do?
