I don't think there's any chance of that with repeated violations already. You can be glad you can still use the account to that extent and that it wasn't completely suspended. eBay usually does that pretty quickly too.

OP3 weeks agoYes exactly, I get an error message or it always says in English that my messages were blocked by the police, because I may have once "broken the rules." My question is whether this restriction can be lifted again so I can contact sellers, for example to send a question about the condition of an item or to get more pictures of the item.

I don't see any active or sold items from you where one could communicate.
Are you getting some kind of error message?
