Hello,
why do certain sellers not accept inquiries before purchase? Who buys a pig in a poke?
I want to know beforehand whether the item is the right one. That saves returns.

Mentor1 month agoHey @betti0668 Sellers can turn off this function; usually it’s those who have listed tens of thousands of items. You’ll just have to look for another seller or, if necessary, buy it and maybe cancel if it doesn’t fit.

Mentor1 month agoSure... but if it actually already says under Questions/Answers that no questions can be answered because of the sheer number of articles, then that hardly makes sense either. 😉

Mentor1 month agomaybe some people feel better when the question can finally be asked - and if then an answer comes promptly or never, you can also get annoyed about that again 😁
