Subsequent refusal of a parcel at the post office/DHL!
I returned a 5-band auto equalizer from Neuhaus 24 with order no.: 12-14358-74828 late to the Post/DHL, and have been waiting for several weeks for the refund of €30.40, since the payment
was made via Klana. I have not received any proof from the Post/DHL of the returned item!

What do you mean in the title by "subsequent refusal"?
You write that a) you sent it back late - then, as far as I know, the case is closed in favor of the seller beforehand
also b) that you don't have proof of the return = sent as a small parcel without tracking number ?
So you can't prove that you sent the part back

Mentor2 months agoIf you have refused acceptance, your buyer protection is gone too! That means you also won’t have a return number.
