Name and address of a seller to file a complaint
Item won at auction, paid with PayPal, seller did not deliver and no response whatsoever - obvious fraud -, 30-day deadline has expired, PayPal is not responding either.
How do I get the seller's name and address

If you reported an item not received with PayPal, eBay can't intervene because you've involved your payment provider.
So I’d call PayPal and ask about the status of the case you opened.

Mentor3 weeks agoFirst, you report an item not received on eBay after the delivery period has expired. Before that, you also can't involve the payment service provider.
Of course, if you wait so long that eBay buyer protection has expired, eBay can no longer help. You should definitely stick to deadlines.
You can only get the seller's data through customer service, not here for sure - data protection.
