Negative rating
Summary: fresh_pr!nz reports a problem after selling an item that could no longer be found after a move. After refunding the money, fresh_pr!nz received negative feedback that called their reliability into question. Despite reporting it to eBay, the decision was made in favor of the buyer, which is frustrating for fresh_pr!nz after 1,200 successful sales. voli-maus advises pausing sales during moves, but sees no violation in the feedback.
Hello,
I sold an item. After moving, I couldn’t find the item anymore and therefore canceled the purchase and refunded the buyer directly. Now the buyer is leaving me a review that says: ,, nothing‘‘, which gives other buyers the impression that I don’t ship the item and keep the money for myself. I reported it to eBay and eBay decided against me. What can I do now? Isn’t that a clear violation in terms of defamation? It’s really frustrating — after 1,200 sales (over 10 years) I’ve always kept my 100% and now because of something like this everything is ruined. And eBay is siding with the buyer. What do you think about that?

You won't get rid of the rating, and that was caused only by you, so there's no need to look for other culprits now!

The rating does not violate the guidelines.
If I were moving, I would pause offers on eBay, or not list anything.
