Hello community, the buyer of a video recorder that is over 30 years old is demanding a technically fully like-new device and expects me, as a private seller, to have knowledge that only a radio and television technician would have. I described the device to the best of my knowledge, but I can't say anything about the inner workings of a video recorder, which I also did not do.The device is functional, but the buyer is accusing me of it no longer being so in the near future. I cannot know how long the electronic components inside the recorder will last, and that is exactly what he is accusing me of. The negative rating is not justified and is damaging to me as a seller.
