Negative review because the item description was recorded incorrectly | Members help members

This morning, a customer left a negative review because he had assumed the product would be larger. In addition, false information was given about the condition. I also accepted his request to take the item back. Unfortunately, Ebay refuses to change the review. Is there anything else that can be done, like having it reviewed again or something like that? Thanks for any help
