New EU repair requirements – seller notice for existing listings
Summary: de81shopy inquired about applying new EU repair guidelines to their 500 active listings and whether the seller note would automatically update or require manual assignment. perfect-sally indicated it might display automatically depending on how it was entered but updating each listing would be necessary. petersmodellbahnstuebchen suggested checking visibility and provided detailed instructions for making bulk updates through the seller's dashboard, ensuring that the new note is properly included in all listings.
Subject: New EU repair requirements – seller note for existing listings
Good day,
I have already created a seller note with the new repair information in accordance with your information.
However, I have over 500 active listings.
Could you please let me know,
whether this note is automatically used for all existing listings,
whether I have to assign it to each listing individually, or
whether there is a way to add the note via bulk editing or as a default for all listings?
or how this is best handled
Thank you very much.

I just looked at a few of your listings and can’t see a seller note in any of them.
If any are stored, it looks like this in the listing:
If you’ve created a new seller note, of course you need to assign it to the listings so it becomes visible there.
It’s easy for all listings in Seller Cockpit Pro / Active listings:
-> Edit all
-> Select all
-> Bulk edit
-> Product notes / further notes
-> select the corresponding note.
Best regards from the Baltic Sea
