New EU packaging regulation - effects?
There are a lot of rumors floating around the web about the EU regulation on packaging and packaging waste and its impact on small online sellers.
Has anyone here already looked into the matter and is willing to share researched info here (no opinions!)?
I’d be interested in what needs to be considered when people who sell something as a side business (commercial, but still a small business exempt from VAT) sell around 50 parcels of arts and crafts abroad in the EU via eBay over the course of a year. As a second case, private sellers who want to offer items from their private collection across the EU.
