New shipping label
Shipping address was not printed in full on the Ebay label, goods were returned. How can something like that happen? Who pays the reshipping costs?

OP3 weeks agoThe address was on it, but not the parcel locker. It was also confirmed that it had always worked until now.

Mentor3 weeks agoThese are the requirements for what must be entered as the delivery address in order to ship to Packstations:
First and last name: The recipient's name.
Your postal number: Your personal DHL customer number (without this number, the parcel cannot be assigned).
The word "Packstation": Goes in the street field.
The Packstation number: The three-digit number of the Packstation goes in the house number field.
Postal code and city: The postal code and the city where the Packstation is located.
