New AI tool
Help!!!
I want to add some items on eBay via the app and now there is this AI tool which I really hated from the beginning.
It always mixes the information and I am not satisfied with the way it works.
How can I go back to my old version, my old tool?

A switch back to the old version is unfortunately not possible. However, when creating the offer, you have the option to manually adjust all details. You do not have to adopt the AI support's suggestions.
You can also feel free to share your feedback on the new setup process with us via the three dots at the top of the screen by clicking on "Submit rating".

That's really a pity... because there is so much to adjust - always. I am gonna use the possibility to share my feedback ;-) I really hope it will be more satisfying in the near future.

Thanks for your high-spped reply. I just tried via the browser. So this still seems to be possible in the old-fashioned way. Good to know. That's an option but normally, I take the picture and directly post it through the app...

I just tried it via the app (Android), through similar articles, and I simply clicked away the suggestion to use AI. Worked:
