Unpaid articles in another account

Question

I accidentally opened a business account and therefore requested that the account be closed. I then created a new personal account. But with this account I can’t place any bids. I always get a message saying that my account is restricted because there are still unpaid items on another account that I use! But there are no unpaid items… so I can’t solve the problem! Has anyone ever had a problem like this?

since no one here can look into your accounts right now, you’ll have to either contact customer service or wait until Monday, when an eBay staff member is back on the forum.
