Not receiving the full sale price
Sold an item as a private seller for 280.00 euros and I was now charged 33.32 euros
ad fee! Why? I didn't have any extra services in the ad!

the listing fee is not a normal add-on option, but a fee for promoting the offer
sometimes it seems to be overlooked by sellers that this is enabled ... whether by accident, or because you list "similar items" and the details are automatically transferred there

Take a look under Payments - All transactions. There should be the reason why the amount was deducted.
