I have the following problem. The buyer's details were simply entered with a K for the surname. So I messaged the buyer and asked her to please send me her surname.
She finally did that after more than 1 day. In return, she then reported a case on eBay for an item not received on time. But I don't see how that was my fault.
why I, as the seller, should now have to stand in for buyers' mistakes when the address details are not entered correctly. Please take a look at this, dear eBay team. Item no. 307106289713 purchase from 20.8.
I think the AI acted completely incorrectly.

Btw I can’t imagine that 1 day’s delay - provided the buyer then shares her last name after being contacted - would constitute a defect.
