I bought a Nintendo Switch 2 console Pokemon Reisen A-Z last month, it was an unbeatable price, at least that’s what I thought, until I read the negative reviews saying that the seller does not ship Nintendo Switch 2 consoles and the money is gone! Even customer service doesn’t help and closes the case in the seller’s favor, so the fake shop seller keeps the buyer’s money, meaning my money. But I have eBay buyer protection, so I’m covered, and still I don’t get my money back! The seller claims that he shipped the console (based in Germany); it’s supposedly being shipped from Italy via France to Hamburg and then on to me in 24340 Eckernförde, completely illogical, with FedEx, and it’s also supposed to have arrived with me and a fake delivery person was even listed! Maybe you as a community can help here. You can’t even appeal the closure of the case! Kind regards Mario M.
