I, as a private seller, had an item that I had offered with free shipping returned by the post office because the buyer had not picked up the envelope from the specified address. I contacted the buyer immediately and asked how we should proceed now.After about 8 weeks I received a reply. The buyer had been ill and is now asking that the item be shipped again at his expense. How can I accept payment for the postage without getting into trouble with Ebay?
