Hello, I posted here some time ago ... it's about the fact that the seller simply doesn't get back to me (I won several items cheaply at auction!) and all the purchases from December (!!!) are still open with me. I requested a total amount, wrote nicely several times - nothing is happening. I can't mark the items as "not received" because I haven't paid. In my opinion, paying doesn't work either because I requested a combined invoice. The purchases were NOT cancelled (by the seller) ... and to be honest, I want the items I won. From my point of view, a valid purchase contract has been formed. If you click on this seller's feedback now, a pattern becomes clear ... But I can't report the whole thing anywhere on eBay in any easy way. And now I can no longer make price suggestions for items on eBay (or maybe bid in auctions) ... I'm "blocked" because I supposedly received warnings for unpaid items in the last few months. This can't be true !!! What does the community say about this? A Verena responded to my last post here and wanted to push it on the eBay pages. But that was 1-2 weeks ago again now. What came of it? How do we proceed from here ... I honestly think this is outrageous! From the seller, of course, but also that you can't properly contact eBay about this in any way and that you get help quickly! @verena@ebay Some feedback would be really great.
