The first shipment (large letter) was sent to me without basic shipment tracking and, according to the delivery estimate, should have arrived by 13/12 at the latest. It didn’t arrive until 20/12. A few days earlier I opened a case and the seller sent me a replacement shipment with basic tracking, which arrived on 19/12 - so one day earlier than the first shipment. Of course I...
