Users request to clean up blocklist
As already mentioned in the title, I wanted to clean up my block list. In the advanced search I can enter a username. However, I don’t want to search for an item, just determine whether the user still exists and, if not, remove them from the block list.
No match for any of the users. Maybe they just haven’t listed any auctions either. How do you find users? Does anyone know more?

Mentor3 weeks agoSo you mean that the users who made it onto your block list can now suddenly buy from you again and there’s no longer any reason why they ended up on it?
Strange thought ;) Well, everyone has to decide that for themselves.

Mentor3 weeks agoBack then, it was the case that users whose accounts had been deleted were only shown as "deleted". These days it’s probably different, because I don’t see anyone with deleted on my list at all. But it could also be that they’re all still more or less active.

But since it’s still being displayed, I’m not sure whether it might still exist after all, and if you try to write something to them, they show up as "User" in the inbox. Weird....

I still have a few on the list marked "deleted". However, it could well be that they've been on there for ages.😒

I just checked again on my end and none are deleted.
So I guess they’re all still active too.
I’ll think about cleaning things up once I can’t add anyone else and my 5000 are full ;)

You can try it with this link:
https://www.ebay.de/usr/Mitgliedsname
where you have to replace "Mitgliedsname" with the username.
As far as I know, though, this search only takes into account users who are registered in DE.
