from the current account (so, changed member name) or other member accounts?
for the former, it might be possible via the request for personal data (My eBay - eBay account, then click through there), or, as with names from other accounts, maybe check old payment receipts (PayPal, credit card, bank transfer) to see whether anything is in the payment reference, or go through old emails
