although a flat shipping rate is set, the customer has to pay shipping twice.
Summary: heiler-design reports that customers have to pay separately for shipping when buying multiple different items, even though shipping settings have been configured. petersmodellbahnstuebchen suggests using conditions and setting rules for additional items to fix the problem, and offers to provide screenshots with further instructions.
Hello! When customers buy different items from me, they have to pay shipping for each item every time. So, basically: if a customer buys three different signs from me, he has to pay shipping three times. Why is that? Even though everything is set up on my end. Thank you for your help.

still, my customer has to pay double shipping, see picture

Which settings tool do you use?
I myself work with conditions. There, in addition to the costs for each additional piece of the identical item, a rule has to be stored for each additional different item.
Since it unfortunately takes a bit longer in the new forum for replies with links or screenshots to be published, I’m sending these along in a separate reply.
