Hello community,why do you actually have to stand in for failings by buyers or shipping providers as a private seller and deal with all of that? We sent a parcel that ended up in a parcel station on 13/01. On 23/01 it was sent back because the customer didn't pick it up. Even with parcels, the buyer is notified if they're not at home (forwarding).You even have proof that it arrived there. Unfortunately, I can't see any way to send pictures to eBay anywhere (except in the chat with the buyer). You often get the feeling that this gives the buyer more chances to get away with it.What can you do here? Regards
