Package arrived but shipping status unchanged
Hi,
for my offer 178329045658, the item has been delivered, but the shipping status is still unchanged as order shipped. The tracking number on eBay is correct. I would be grateful for any possible solutions.

Mentor5 days agoAccording to eBay, the item was sold on July 27 and therefore can’t have been delivered that long ago. And since tracking on eBay is always behind, all you can do is wait.
And since you apparently haven’t sold anything for ages and there are no recent ratings, you’re listed as a new seller. On top of that, an expensive item was sold, so a payout can take a bit longer. eBay calls that risk management.

OP5 days agoThanks for the reply, that’s nice... been an eBay member for +20 years and then having to wait 1 month for the money when something gets sold, if that’s really how it is, then you might as well save yourself the trouble here too...

Mentor1 week agoYou mean the watch that was only sold on 27/7? The delivery can’t have been that long ago.
In addition, there’s a 99% chance you still won’t receive the payout any time soon since you have no current ratings as a seller, are listed as a new seller, and sold an expensive item. People often like to wait out the buyer protection period, and the payout can take up to 30 days.
