I ordered a mobile phone from an online shop, so as a business purchase with a 30-day return policy.I paid for the phone with Klarna (to be paid in 30 days) since there was a €50 discount promotion on it. I no longer wanted this phone and digitally refused to accept the package, so it goes back to the sender. Now the package has been at the DHL branch for pickup for 2 days, and the seller, with around 2000 ratings and numerous items, is no longer registered on Ebay. I have now marked the item as not received; there wasn't a better case option available.I still want to call Ebay about this case, but what do you think? What is the best course of action?The amount is quite high at 730,- Best regards
