Hello, I bought an item from the USA at the end of April.As is well known, these take much longer; when it was out for delivery a month later, DHL reported that the package did not comply with the terms and conditions and would be sent back. The last tracking update was from 02.06., stating that the package had left the Ascendia Hub in Zurich; since then, there has been radio silence. Ascendia does not respond to inquiries and probably does not take responsibility for lost packages, and eBay buyer protection does not apply because the seller can prove that he shipped the package. He has not received it back either so far. Am I out my money and the package?
