Hello everyone, what can I do?I shipped the goods as normal. I bought the shipping label through eBay, so it automatically pulled the stored address of the buyer. After 7 days I got the parcel back from DHL with the note that the buyer had probably moved without leaving a forwarding address. After that I refunded the purchase price, minus the postage costs, since I had already paid those. Now the buyer also wants the postage costs refunded, because he didn’t receive the goods. But since I paid the costs, I don’t see why I should refund those as well. In the meantime, the buyer has opened a case. What can I do?ThanksBest regardsYvonne
