Parcel picked up from the parcel locker according to DHL

Hello everyone,

my sold item was picked up from a Packstation on Monday 13/07/26 according to DHL tracking, but the status on eBay isn’t changing to delivered, so no payout is happening.

Order number: 21-14859-98887 (if that helps at all)

Does anyone know who can help me with this? I can’t find any customer service or real help in the app.
