Package sent back to me because the customer didn't pick it up at the branch
I sold an item and of course shipped it. Now the package has been sent back to me because the buyer didn’t pick it up from the branch. I’ve already contacted the buyer, but they’re not getting back to me. Can I just offer the item for sale again now?

Mentor3 days agoFirst, you have to refund the buyer his money if he hasn't received or picked up the paid item! Or do you think you can just pocket the item and the cash now and make a double profit by reselling it?
You can deduct the shipping costs from the refund, but then you have to go through the purchase details and you're not allowed to cancel the purchase in advance. If you cancel in advance, you can only issue a full refund.
