Package size not selectable
I want to sell an item that requires an authenticity check. When I try to put the listing "live", the following error message appears: Apparently something is missing or invalid. Please fix all issues and then try again - package size. However, I can't adjust the package size anywhere... the chatbot also gives up. What can I do here?

Could it be that you have active business policies that are preventing an adjustment?

OPSep 8, 2026 at 3:50 PMUnfortunately, that doesn't work. DHL is already selected as the service provider (cost EUR 4.90), as authenticity check. I can't set anything here and I'm at my wits' end... I never activated framework conditions...
