Payback
I returned the item, but I haven't received the refund. Now I have neither the product nor the money. I can't get in touch with eBay; they aren't helping. What do you recommend?

Then please name the item number and we can bring in an eBay employee.

This wasn't my most recent purchase, but the one before that. I bought it from a German seller, not a Chinese one. Item number: 157744964330, Order number: 13-14485-71999, Return number: 5318483149. I also have proof that I returned the item. Although the seller confirmed receipt of the product, I still haven't received the refund.

Does the tracking number clearly show that the item was delivered to the seller? If the seller still hasn’t refunded you after 2 days, you can contact eBay.
