Forgot to transfer Porto
The buyer forgot to transfer the postage too, how can I sort this out without making my bank details public? Thanks

the buyer pays eBay and eBay pays you at some point.
How do you know that the buyer didn't pay the postage ?

Mentor1 week agoYou can't forget that, then the postage wasn't shown! You also specified 2 other shipping methods with FREE SHIPPING, and that's probably what the buyer chose!
You now have to ship at your own expense; the buyer can no longer pay via eBay.
