Hello, lately it has been happening more often that buyers message me saying their shipment shows as delivered in the eBay system, but unfortunately that is not the case.Can’t eBay stop this? It sounds implausible to buyers, can lead to negative feedback, and is just unnecessary work for the seller.

Has been known for a while, but what should eBay do? This is almost only letter mail that simply gets its final scan at the mail center BEFORE it goes out for delivery.
