Check whether a buyer has paid
A buyer purchased 2 items 2 days apart. I didn't notice it right away and had already shipped the first item. After the auction ended, the buyer expected an invoice, 1 x shipping for both items, but is not telling me whether she received the first item or whether she paid for it. Probably not, but it's not clearly visible in eBay's records. How can I ask eBay to review the payment?

Mentor3 weeks agoYou can see in the listing whether it's paid or not, because it says Shipping by....
And you get a notification that it's paid and that you should ship it.
And you can check under Payments - All transactions, because there you only see paid items.

Hi Petra,
whether and which item the seller has already paid for, you can see either in the order overview (column paid on) or under Payment - View all transactions.
If you offer combined shipping for your items, the buyer can of course request a single invoice.
