Increase the price after completion of purchase and transfer

Seller accepts a price offer, has the agreed purchase price transferred to him, and then refuses to deliver the item at that price.

don't even discuss it. Right after the latest delivery date has passed, report an item not received.

That won’t help you get your item, but you’ll get your money back and the seller will get a defect on their account.

Unfortunately, you’ll have to sort out everything else outside of Ebay to enforce your rights.
