Missed price proposal, how to contact bidders
I received a price proposal for an item, but I only saw it after the deadline for a reply had already passed.
I’d like to tell the bidder that I accept the offer, but I can’t get in touch with them. Ebay’s help (probably AI) doesn’t understand the problem.
What now?

swap your member name with the member's in the following link; there you also have the contact link at the top right

but avoid wording that the eBay AI could interpret as a sale outside of eBay; just write something like "if you're still interested, please send another price suggestion via the item page"

Mentor3 weeks agoYou can still see the username of the person the PM came from and can contact them that way. But if the PM has expired, you can’t accept it anymore either!
